Terms and Conditions of CMP Infotech


Welcome to CMP Infotech. We would like to thank you for choosing CMP Infotech for your Training.
The Terms & Conditions herein under are deemed to have been read, understood and agreed upon once the admission in a course has been processed.
The Terms and Conditions are binding once the admission form has been signed and submitted


Service Payment/Student Fees

  • All Course Fees are Non-Refundable, once the admission is processed and the admission form is signed by the student.
  • All Students has to pay their installment by 7th of every month, otherwise late fees of Rs. 200/- will be charged.
  • All Student has to pay 14% of service tax on the total fees.
  • All Students who is appearing for International Certification exam has to Pay the Exam Fees in Advance and the Same is Non-Refundable.
  • Any Student who Fails in the International Certification exam has to Pay the same Exam Fees again in Advance for Re-exam.
  • All Paymnet related to Software Licensing should be done in advance with 14% of Service Tax and same in non-refundable.

Modes of Payment

  • Payment can be paid by cash/Cheque/Online Mode. All cheques should be payable to CMP Infotech.
  • Payment paid by cheque will be valid and considered as a paid, only after the clearance of the cheque.
  • Payment paid by Online will be valid and considered as a paid, only after the amount is deposited in our Account.

Payment Receipt

  • All the Studnt enrolling for the Training Course will be given Original Payment Receipt via E-Mail and hard copy on the First Session of Training.
  • All the Studnt enrolling for the Certification Exam will be given Original Payment Receipt on the Date of Exam.
  • Software Licensing Customers will be given Taxable Invoice by E-Mail after Payment is Received.

Start of the Training

  • After Payment is Received Training will be started withing 1 Weeks Time.
  • All the Training Module and Session Plan will be Communicated to students via E-Mail.

Attendance policy

  • If the student fails to attend the class without prior notification no refund will be provided and no rescheduling of the batch/lecture/revision
    or backup lecture will be given.
  • Non-attendance due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not entitle the applicant to a refund.
    Revision lecture will be given by providing medical certificate and in such an event the institute will consider all the relevant circumstances
    and proceed in a fair and reasonable manner.

Change of Service

  • If the Student wish to opt for the course change then applicable fees for the attended lectures will be deducted from the total fees paid
    and balance fees as per the new course has to be paid by the student.
  • Payment can be paid by cash/Cheque/Online Mode. All cheques should be payable to CMP Infotech.
  • If the Student wish to opt for Certification Exam Change (Date/Time/Exam Topic) then same should be intimated to us in advance.
  • If the Customer wish to opt for the Software Licensing Order change then same should be intimated to us before Processing the Order.

Cancellations of Service by Student/Customer

  • If student wish to cancel the admission for the Course or leaves the institute or don’t want to continue with the course for whatsoever reason then
    no fees will be refunded to the students in any circumstances.
  • If student wish to cancel the Certification Exam and Fees is Paid for the Same then no fees will be refunded to the students in any circumstances.
  • Any Software Licensing Order can not be Cancelled Once it is Ordered to us.

Cancellations of Service by CMP Infotech

  • Any Software Licensing Order can not be Cancelled Once it is Ordered to us.
  • CMP infotech reserves the right to cancel the admission if the minimum attendance for a particular course is not achieved.
  • CMP Infotech reserves the right to cancel the admission if student remains absent for more than one week without prior notification.
  • In case of cancellation of admission by the CMP infotech No fees will be refunded.

Rescheduling of classes by the institute

  • If a particular class is postponed for reasons for which the institute is responsible, such as staff illness
    or any other reason the institute will ensure that the class is rescheduled.

Course material.

  • All the students will be provided the e-book for the course which they have enrolled for.

Exam

  • All Student is expected to appear for their examination on the scheduled date.
  • If for whatsoever reason student fails to appear for the examination then student is liable to pay Rs. 500 for the re-exam.

Course Completion Certificate

  • Only after Successfull Completion of the Training Session and Exam student will be Given Course Completion Certificate within 15 Days Time.

Payment Dispute

  • In case of dispute amount if any, then Candidate has to give the Application of Dispute in Writting along with the Bank Statement for Verification.

Student conduct

  • Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognize that other students may require support and assistance.
  • Smoking in the institute premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are to handle all computer equipment with care.
  • If a student becomes persistently disruptive, the institute reserves the right to give a verbal and/or written warning or may cancel the admission of the student.
  • If a student is dismissed for misconduct, no refund will be given.
  • Students are encouraged to arrive for classes on time. Late entry to the class is at the discretion of the lecturer and no backup lecture will be given.

Liability

  • The institute, its employees and representatives accept no responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal belongings or
    property of the student, or for any personal injury.

Law and jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions will be governed by and are constructed in accordance with indian law, and are subject to the exclusive
    jurisdiction of the courts in mumbai.
